Reservation Office Staff


 

Reservation Office Staff assist with guest registrations and check-in for various events. Reservation Staff also answer phone calls, emails, and chats, and maintain accurate documentation of job descriptions, progress, and ideas.


 

Process Guest Registrations
Register guests for camps, retreats, clinics/seminars, college promotion events, alumni events, travel accommodations, and other events. Make changes to registrations as needed. Anticipate and address guests' service needs and upsell customers to best available options.

Provide Excellent Customer Service
Answer phone calls, emails, and guests in a timely and professional manner. Initiate customer contact as needed. Work with customers and other departments to research and resolve customer concerns and to improve procedures, customer satisfaction, and event management.

Manage Guest Check-Ins
Create and proof guest check-in packets, lists, and counts. Check in guests while providing accurate, caring, and individualized service. Maintain flexibility with scheduling during check-ins.

Maintain Accurate Documentation
Ensure that job descriptions and checklists are accurate, organized, and easily accessible. Complete checklist responsibilities and document progress of event responsibilities. Provide timely feedback of problems or suggestions as needed.

Required Education:

HS Preferred Education: College Degree


 

Work Experience

Required Experience:

Preferred Experience: 1+ years in an office
