JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, interviews and records responses of study/survey participants over the telephone or in person as needed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Prior experience in a Call Center, Help Desk or interviewing study participants preferred.

Foreign language skills preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Contacts study participants over the telephone.

2. Conducts scripted survey by asking and recording items using CATI system or other methods as assigned.

3. Uses required coding system to consistently record the interview results.

4. Records accurately and consistently the interview into the computer system.

5. Completes progress reports as required by project manager.

6. Conducts interviews in person according to protocol as needed for studies. This may include driving to the homes of participants or other sites to conduct interviews.

7. Performs various other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
