Population Health FacultyProvide expert consultation on proposed and active research projects.
Advise on the selection and application of appropriate implementation science research questions, study designs, frameworks, and outcomes.
Offer guidance on clinical implementation strategies and informatic tools when applicable.
Provide feedback on grant proposals, pilot applications, and project protocols.
Participate in project development meetings, structured mentoring sessions, and trainings.
Contribute to building institutional core services in implementation science.

Work Environment:
This position will be part-time at .15 FTE.
This position will be a senior faculty rank position (Associate or Full Professor).
Education: Doctorate, MD, or equivalent, with research experience in population health.
This position requires a formal degree in the cited discipline area(s) to ensure that candidates have the foundational knowledge and skill set required to perform the duties of the position. The level of degree is based on accreditation requirements, institutional standards of academic and professional excellence, alignment with peer institution benchmarks, and contributes to the credibility and effectiveness of the role within the university community.
Work Experience:
Established record of scholarship in implementation science or closely related fields.
Record of successful grant funding and mentorship of investigators.
Work Experience:
Experience as a clinician-scientist.
Experience serving as a methodological consultant on funded research projects.
Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary research settings.
