What You Will Do:
Perform engineering studies and development research and find appropriate solutions to all problems (electrical, electronic, with the application of reverse engineering of electrical and electronic parts) for all Air Defense Forces systems.
Find solutions to technical problems in weaponry systems or test consoles with regard to electrical and/or electronic systems, in addition to developing and modifying as many test consoles software as possible.
Study the possibility of modifying or developing one of the subsystems of the Air Defense
Forces' systems.
Prepare engineering drawings and designs and specify the specifications for parts so that
they can be purchased or manufactured locally.
Provide engineering recommendations and advice related to electronic, electrical and
communication systems problems encountered by repair workshops or units.
Prepare technical bulletins to avoid and correct errors and improve performance
Support workshops with the necessary technical consultations
Evaluate the development and innovations proposed and submitted by the units of the Air
Defense Forces
Perform other required work in the same field
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited university.
Preferably the degree is accredited from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Preferably to have completed Electronics, Electrical and Communications qualification courses qualification courses.
Qualifications We Prefer
Minimum of four (5) years prior experience in the field of engineering research and studies, preferably in Electrical or Electronic field.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Proficient in the use of computer programs.
Familiar with one of the electrical circuit design programs.
Experience in writing technical reports.
Familiar with one of the electronic design programs such as LabVIEW or CAD or other programs.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical component obsolescence through redesign, alternate sourcing, or last-time buys
