About the role
As a key member of Antheia’s Analytical Development group, you’ll partner closely with the Downstream Processing (DSP) team to keep high-quality analytical data flowing for process development. This role is hands-on and lab-based, with a strong focus on chromatography (especially LC/HPLC) and routine sample preparation and analysis at meaningful scale.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy steady bench work, take pride in careful execution, and bring a thoughtful, organized approach to managing multiple requests. You’ll be supported by clear SOPs, a collaborative team, and a manager who trusts you to run your day while being available when you need guidance.

Additional Information:
Full-time base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus an annual bonus potential and equity opportunities.
