Providing Prof. Chan with research assistance on corporate law matters, notably in comparative corporate law analysis in the common and civil law, as well as assisting with pedagogical materials relating to Business Associations (BUS2-365). The requested work product will involve both languages (French and English).
Qualifications: Perfect mastery of the French language; someone who has taken BUS2-365 with Prof. Chan; someone who has corporate law firm experience gained through summers or part-time work.
