Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic marketing intern who is looking to add value to their resume with a job that can help robust skill set and provide quality experiencec that many employers look for in college graduates.
Additionally, we are seeking an intern who can leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance our marketing and recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will help develop and implement AI-driven prompts, agents, and workflows aimed at identifying and attracting new business opportunities.
Our internship program is flexible with school schedule, but requires at minimum 15 hours per week of work to keep up with the workload. For Summer opportunities, full-time hours available from June to August, specific terms will be discussed.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Intern will be responsible for day to day tasks which will include but not limited to:
Responsible for extensive research on potential clients, including putting together dossiers and gathering necessary client information
Assist with Industry meeting preparation, and marketing collateral
Work with various departments on assigned projects with set goals and deadlines
Join group meetings to serve as a observer, note taker, and help work on projects start to finish
Scan, file and organize files on Egnyte drive for various departments
Will be trained with various groups on data entry needs, and assignments
Compile materials for firm mailing distributions
Work in excel or CRM software on ad-hoc projects
Desired Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of workforce experience, or two related internships.
Prior work in data analytics or research position a plus.
Has worked in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced skills preferred). Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
