Primary Responsibilities:
Assists with the full lifecycle recruitment process including candidate screening, monitoring candidate progress, communicating with candidates, and scheduling onboarding.
Assists with the onboarding process for new hires, including I-9 verification.
Assists with internal processes for transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Maintains all company required work cards/licenses.
Organizes and supports internal and external job fairs.
Performs special projects and assignments as requested by department management.
Performs other duties as required.
