Job Description / Role Overview

The Reports / OnDemand Intermediate Technology Analyst within Batch Operations is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with Reports, OnDemand and CMODz activities. This includes assisting with defining reports, setting up reports and troubleshooting issues related to reports. Also, the analyst will provide technical guidance, and best practices to our clients and stakeholders to ensure continuity of reports and services.

What you’ll do

The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge of reports and OnDemand to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks while providing an exemplary client / stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore IBM Content Manager OnDemand services. Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service as well.
• Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks as well as partner with stakeholders and vendor defining product and service roadmaps.
• Provide technical/strategic direction to team members and serve as a SME to senior stakeholders and /or others as needed.
• Review requirement documents, define hardware & software requirements and update processes and procedures as necessary
• Responsible for applications dealing with the overall operating system
• Conduct project related research. Proactively covers end to end infrastructure and service analysis for projects and issues.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy with limited level of supervision and direction.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications / What we’ll need from you:

• 3-5 years of experience in roles centered around infrastructure delivery (application hosting) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
• Understanding of how specialization within area contributes to the business and of competitors' products and services
• Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices
• Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline
• Knowledgeable on Content Manager OnDemand product, RMS, ICN, Mainframe and Distributed environments
• Effective written/verbal communication skills and
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, master’s degree preferred

Knowledge of CA-View processes and configuration

Knowledge of CA-View report definition

Knowledge of CA-View DB setup, CA-deliver DB setup

Knowledge of CMODz processes, FID configuration

Knowledge of Connect Direct

Knowledge of Bundle Definition

Knowledge of OnDemand Data Loading/Data Extraction

Knowledge of Migration Directory
