Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor a team of reporting analysts, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to SLAs.
- Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
Reporting & Analytics Oversight
- Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
- Validate accuracy and consistency of all reports before submission.
- Oversee automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for reporting-related queries from Operations, WFM, Quality, and client teams.
- Communicate insights and trends to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Escalate risks related to SLA breaches and recommend corrective actions.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Identify gaps in reporting processes and implement best practices.
- Standardize reporting templates and documentation for scalability.
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards.
Skills & Competencies Required
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
- Knowledge of SQL and data extraction techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM, dialer systems, and workforce management tools.
Leadership Competencies
- People Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strategic Thinking: Align reporting initiatives with business objectives.
- Communication: Clear and effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve complex data and process challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in automation and process improvement projects.

- Must not have Ethics Point case/s, Data Privacy nor Employee Relations disciplinary record/s in the past 12 mos until prior promotion effective date
