Valeo’s Site located in Paris, 17th arrondissement (320 employees) is the Group’s Headquarters. It houses the general management of the Group's transversal functions.
We are looking for a Reporting System Administrator.
Your responsibilities:
- Administration of the Group financial reporting systems through the:
- Preparation of the tools for the monthly, budget and business plan reporting's: creation of the packages, creation of the consolidation tasks, update of the exchange rates table and scopes, creation of new entities…
- Support to end-users during the closing: help to understand and solve blocking controls…
- Coordination with the hosting service provider to manage incidents (connection issues...)
- Analysis and implementation of the evolution requests : change requests from Management Control, Treasury or Consolidation teams (creation of new accounts or analysis, implementation of IFRS rules…)
- Development & implementation of training modules dedicated to end-users (1400 users)
- Animation of training for end-users (face to face & online trainings)
- Implementation of processes and procedures for continuous improvement
- Setting-up and management of Reporting department performance and quality indicators
- Participation in the tool upgrade project
- Supervision of trainee
- Contribute to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies
- The Reporting Administrator is also responsible for producing management control indicators reporting such as Greenbook, Presentation for Executive Committee and various ad-hoc analysis for the Management. The Reporting Administrator also has a responsibility on streamlining the Reporting and implement ideas of improvment for the efficiency (including the use of AI)
About you:
- Your are graduated with a Master's degree from a Business School or major University.
- You made an internship in Management Control or financial Information System administration.
- You have an appetite for Information Systems, strong skills in finance and, in particular, Management Control.
- You are transparent, rigorous, and willing to learn.
- English is mandatory.
