As a Business Operations Specialist at ICON, you will support and optimizing various business operations within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
What You Will Do:
You will take responsibility for clinical research deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and facilitating the operational aspects of clinical trials, including but not limited to study start-up, monitoring, and close-out activities.
Assisting in the development and implementation of study protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and study-specific documents.
Supporting project teams in managing study timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful trial execution.
Working with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Providing administrative support, such as organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and preparing study-related materials.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in clinical research, project management, or business operations is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
