Job Description:
The Reporting & Insight Director will lead the agency’s analytics and reporting strategy — ensuring clients make data-backed decisions that drive business growth. You’ll oversee dashboards, analytics frameworks, and data storytelling across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Define and oversee the analytics and reporting strategy across all client accounts.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality dashboards, insights, and performance analyses.
Partner with strategy and media teams to connect data with business outcomes.
Lead analytics transformation projects, integrating new tools and automation.
Manage and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists.
Present actionable insights to clients, translating metrics into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
10–12 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or media insights.
Strong command of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and data governance.
Proven leadership and client presentation skills.
Ability to turn complex data into compelling stories that drive decisions.
