The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) invites applications for a Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst position in the Design, Implementation, and Evaluation section. A successful applicant will engage in applied health services and population health research in a project-based, team setting.

Reporting and Analytics Senior Analysts perform mainly technical skill tasks, contribute to project leadership and administration on research and evaluation initiatives; complete work independently on tasks with moderate complexity while assisting or completing advanced complexity tasks with appropriate assistance and oversight.

This position is limited in duration to approximately one year, ending on June 30, 2027, the project lifecycle of the Ohio Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence (OhioRISE) evaluation sponsored by the Ohio Department of Medicaid. Responsibilities of this position include: statistical analysis and reporting of multi-source data including administrative and survey data; creation of technical reports, manuals, and presentation materials; presenting results in clear format to non-technical audiences; conducting literature searches and literature reviews, assisting with institutional review board (IRB) applications and other data governance requests; writing abstracts and manuscripts for conference and peer-reviewed publications; assisting with reporting of mixed-methods and qualitative research.

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field of study is required.

Requires successful completion of a background check.  Selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

Experience with manuscript and/or abstract writing for conference and peer-reviewed publications. Experience working on behavioral health evaluation projects, particularly children’s and youth mental health services. Experience with psychometric data processing and analysis. Experience reporting mixed-methods results. Experience with creating data visualizations for research reporting. Demonstrated usage of R, SAS, or Stata for data analysis.
