Scope/Position Summary

The Data Analyst supports cross-functional projects by applying data modeling and analytical techniques to generate insights that inform operational and strategic decision-making. The role helps develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, automation tools, dashboards, and performance metrics used across the department. This position contributes to producing reports and visualizations that evaluate business functions and operational performance, while supporting accuracy and compliance through established processes and quality controls. The analyst works closely with clinicians, researchers, and other subject-matter experts to assist in implementing evaluation metrics and analytical tools that improve efficiency and decision-making. Additional responsibilities include supporting data intake, validation, reporting workflows, and communicating findings to stakeholders throughout the organization. The role also contributes to planning efforts by helping anticipate future analytical needs related to people, technology, and operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
