The Replenishment Planner II supports finished product lines at the South Charleston plant by converting monthly production plans into executable weekly and daily schedules. This role balances incoming sales orders against forecasts while accounting for capacity constraints, supplier capabilities, and downstream manufacturing requirements.
The position is responsible for ensuring raw materials, packaging components, and supplies are purchased, scheduled, and available to support production. The role works closely with plant operations and cross‑functional partners to deliver on‑time, in‑full supply performance and operates with a high degree of independence.
Key Responsibilities
Convert monthly production plans into weekly and daily schedules for the South Charleston facility, balancing sales orders and forecasted demand.
Prioritize production activities and inbound material deliveries based on process capacity, downstream manufacturing needs (e.g., blending, tableting), tolling dependencies, and supplier constraints.
Purchase and coordinate delivery of raw materials, packaging components, and other supplies required for assigned finished product lines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the SBU Planner and coordinate activities with other Replenishment Planners.
Issue purchase orders in SAP against established corporate contracts and maintain accurate and complete order documentation.
Communicate priorities, changes, and requirements to suppliers; drive accountability around supplier performance, including on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) delivery and non‑conformance resolution.
Manage inventory levels by maintaining appropriate reorder points and safety stock settings.
Ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions in SAP; participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
Own the production schedule for the South Charleston asset within the S&OP process, collaborating with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Product Management, Master Data, and Operations.
Maintain accurate MRP settings, production recipes, and Bills of Material in SAP for existing and new SKUs.
Resolve material movement, inventory, and transactional issues in partnership with Procurement, Accounting, and Operations.
Partner with EHS and Quality teams to support investigations related to incidents, complaints, production variances, or shipping discrepancies, including assistance with root cause analysis as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field with 3–5 years of experience
Experience in production planning, replenishment, or materials scheduling within a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of SAP, including purchase orders, inventory transactions, MRP settings, and Bills of Material
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal day‑to‑day supervision
Understanding of purchasing processes and supplier coordination
Experience working with hazardous materials, including inventory segregation and packaging requirements; experience with oxidizers is a plus
APICS certification preferred

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
