Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Repair Tender Specialist to join our team! If you enjoy coordinating processes, supporting customers, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a global industry leader.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure maintenance activities, service contracts, and repair requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Your contribution will directly support high-quality service delivery and positive customer experiences.

What You Will Do

Service Contracts & Billing

  • Maintain and update customer, contract, and equipment information

  • Process billing for maintenance contracts and follow up on invoice-related questions

  • Support the resolution of any customer concerns related to billing or contract status

  • Create and process service orders and purchase orders (PO)

  • Coordinate repair quotations from validation to customer follow-up, ensuring clear communication of repair needs, options, pricing, and timely decisions

  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and well organized

  • Manage completion certificates and subcontractor documentation

  • Help maintain CRM data quality and support continuous improvement of internal processes

  • Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer support role

  • Experience in service or maintenance-related environments is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow processes accurately

  • Excellent communication skills in Slovenian (native) and good written/spoken English

  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable using digital tools; familiarity with SAP or CRM systems is an advantage, but not required
