JOB SUMMARY
Perform high level complexity of Rework
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that rework operators read, understand and adhere to appropriate policies and procedures.
Have a good understanding of all server types and demonstrate proper rework procedures.
Able to work closely with rework operators. Answer questions and troubleshoot to find solutions with server issues.
Ensures proper stocking and availability of operation supplies, materials and equipment are accessible to the rework operators.
Confers with rework operators to establish production and quality control standards.
Server Problem solving and training.
Assist and direct 5S order and cleanliness in the assigned area at all times.
Assist department with the organization and execution of “special projects” when presented.
