JOB SUMMARY

• Perform high level complexity of Rework

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that  rework operators read, understand and adhere to appropriate policies and procedures.

• Have a good understanding of all server types and demonstrate proper rework procedures.

• Able to work closely with rework operators. Answer questions and troubleshoot to find solutions with server issues.

• Ensures proper stocking and availability of operation supplies, materials and equipment are accessible to the rework operators.

• Confers with rework operators to establish production and quality control standards.

• Server Problem solving and training.

• Assist and direct 5S order and cleanliness in the assigned area at all times.

• Assist department with the organization  and execution of “special projects” when presented.

• Abilities to train new hires

• Know how genealogy works on ifactory
