Pratt & Whitney is in the middle of a significant ramp up in the aftermarket business including demand for legacy and GTF repair capacity and capability. The candidate filling this role will discover an exciting opportunity as we retool and shape the future of the Repair Process Support team and our function. Department Overview
Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering (ASE)
Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering executes both military and commercial repair design and repairs substantiations for engines. We create and improve ASE business and repair development tools. We design, develop, and qualify military repair tooling.
The Repair Process Engineering & Operations Support (RPS) Team is part of the ASE Technology Group. Our Repair Process Discipline Chief and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are responsible for establishing, monitoring and maintaining the repair standards and repair best practices to which P&W operates in order to ensure safe, efficient and effective aftermarket repairs are performed at all P&W and P&W-network repair facilities. The Repair Process Engineering & Operations Support Team is seeking a Repair Process Discipline Chief (RPSW Focal) with experience in repair processes, manufacturing, process control, Engine Manuals and Technical Data, and Aftermarket Operations to support these efforts.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
