As a Repair Centre Clerk Lead, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to repair clerks, perform advanced testing, oversee small projects, improve processes, and deliver training. You will ensure timely issue resolution, support production goals, and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.

Location: You will be based in our Calgary office and will work onsite.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Team Lead, Technical Repair Centre.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5PM MST.

Posting Type: Replacement position.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $47,630 - $66,681.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Perform complex tests with several software applications and perform conformity and compliance tests.

  • Act as the subject matter expert to other repair clerks on technical issues and offer diversified technical support.

  • Ensure that all inquiries and requests are responded to in a timely manner; if an issue cannot be resolved within stipulated timeframes, escalate incident to appropriate team for action and track until problem is resolved.

  • Lead and oversee small scale projects, focusing on quality of outcomes / deliverables generally relating to expensive devices.

  • Review devices, modules, and software, and document any issue to analyze and determine root causes and identify solutions. Communicate with internal and external teams.

  • Develop and elaborate current and processes to improve efficiency and train Repair Clerks.

  • Support Leads, Team leaders and Managers with administrative requirements.

  • Prepare assessment and reports for leadership review as example devices, applications and Key Injection processes working with both internal and external customers.

  • Deliver training to team members on a variety of different products.

  • Complete production work from Production Reporting ensuring units are processed per established quotas.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • High School Diploma.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant role.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift objects / bins that can weigh up to 40 lbs.

Nice-to-have...

  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience is a strong asset.
