THE JOB:
As a VIP Lounge Representative, you will be responsible for warmly greeting patrons, verify their credentials, and assist them with checking in for their stay. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage with guests, addressing their queries and providing information about lounge amenities.
Assist in making reservations for services like spa treatments, dining, or entertainment.
Streamline the check-in and check-out process for VIP guests.
Ensure a seamless experience by coordinating with front desk staff and maintaining excellent communication with guests.
Verify the accuracy of charges and credits on guest bills.
Cash Handling and Transaction Management
Prepare the VIP lounge for the day by following department standards.
Ensure all guest rooms are assigned and amenities are delivered.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 Year of guest service, front desk, or concierge experience (preferred)

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$19.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
