Pay: $17-18 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday & Monday Off. However, ideal candidates will have open availability to work any day of the week.

As a Rental Agent you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental process. interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle rental.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person, via email and by phone promptly with the goal of providing an exceptional guest experience.
Communicate rental car quotes based on rates, estimated mileage, optional services and any requested insurance. Explain all policies and procedures.
Prepare all rental contracts and return documents accurately and completely.
Ensure cars are ready for the next client.
Responsible for daily cash and credit transactions, balancing and reconciling rental car account/s.
Explaining loaner vehicle policy to customers at time of agreement
Validate customer credentials (driver’s license, insurance, etc.)
Inspecting and ensuring vehicles are clean inside and out.
Perform proper vehicle walk-around and document any damage (Departure and arrival).
Managing loaner vehicle fleet.
Taking care of vehicles in the service area and ensuring all vehicles are clean and ready for delivery to customers.
Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required.
Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum and polish) and maintain all vehicles.
Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the rental car industry, is a plus
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
Excellent organizational, time management & communication skills
Working knowledge of computers
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The expected pay range for this position is $17-18 (Hourly). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
