We are looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our Inside Sales Team. This plays a strategic role in managing, optimizing, and growing Cisco support and SaaS renewals across our client base. This role brings together customer success, inside sales, contract expertise, and lifecycle management to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from their Cisco investments.
You’ll work closely with clients, account managers, internal teams, and our vendor partner Cisco to deliver a customer‑first experience.
