Job Summary
As a Renewal Specialist Tech Touch (19119), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Own and manage the full renewal lifecycle for the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.
- Collaborate closely with Tech Touch CSMs to develop renewal strategies, assess customer health, and maximize bookings.
- Conduct proactive customer discovery, handle objections, and negotiate renewal terms to prevent churn and secure optimal outcomes.
- Manage renewal opportunities in Salesforce by generating accurate pricing quotes, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and meeting or exceeding booking targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in renewal, sales, or revenue operations roles focused on contract renewals and deal execution.
- Demonstrated negotiation and objection-handling skills in renewal or commercial scenarios.
- Ability to analyze customer health and account status data to support renewal decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce for opportunity and deal management.
- Experience working with pricing structures, quoting processes, and commercial policies.
- Ability to manage a high volume of renewal opportunities efficiently and accurately.
- High attention to detail when completing deal sheets and maintaining CRM data integrity.
- Results-driven approach with experience working toward booking or revenue targets.
- Basic familiarity with IT Security concepts to support informed renewal conversations.
- Ability to work independently in a process-driven Tech Touch environment with minimal supervision.
