The Sr. Manager, Content Strategy and Marketing Operations will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and scaled execution across the milestone brands marketing organization. This role will design and implement the systems, planning, workflows and content operations that power the marketing engine, ensuring that strategy turns into high-quality, on-time and on-brand execution at scale.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized cross-functional marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creative and execution. They understand what it takes to deliver content and creative across channels at volume including the realities of production, versioning, approvals and trafficking.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end campaign timelines and executional model with clear deliverables and accountability

  • Establish clear ways of working across internal channel and agency partner teams

  • Own intake, prioritization and dependency management across initiatives and agency partners

  • Build content planning and production roadmaps, facilitating meetings and tracking progress towards milestones

  • Proactively identify risk, bottlenecks and dependencies to keep projects on track

  • Own briefing standards, workflow models and RACI for tactical execution of creative and content deliverables

  • Partner with brand and cross-functional leaders to align campaign execution with channel best practices and customer experience

  • Coordinates across creative, content, channel and production teams to ensure the right assets are delivered to the right channels at the right time

  • Leads campaign post-mortems to identify learnings and drive continuous growth

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline required

  • 8+ years of progressive Marketing experience recommended

  • Strong cross-functional leader who can influence and bring alignment across Brand, Creative, cross-functional and agency teams

  • Strong analytical skills as well as communication and presentation skills required

  • Superior project management skills and demonstrated success in owning workflow, intake, resourcing, timelines and operations cadence

  • Both detail-obsessed and big-picture oriented

  • Ability to work independently and collectively across departments

The salary range for this opportunity is $115,000 - $135,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
