Job Description Summary

The Senior Remote Site Management Coordinator oversees daily operations and team performance while serving as the main liaison between the client and service teams. It ensures efficient service delivery through vendor coordination, KPI/SLA management, and accurate budget and billing oversight.

About the Role:

  • Manage work orders, service requests, and act as the single point of contact between the client and internal teams.
  • Lead, coach, and train team members while overseeing attendance and approving time‑off requests.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track and manage KPIs, SLAs, and OPEX budgets, ensuring billing accuracy as needed.
  • Attend client meetings and address urgent or immediate concerns.

About You:

  • College graduate or equivalent experience in Facilities Management.
  • 1–3 years of facility management experience, including remote site operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to manage remote communication tools; internet‑savvy.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; willing to work shifting schedules and holidays.
