Job Description Summary

The Remote Site Coordinator delivers remote facilities and operational support by serving as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, coordinating vendors, managing service requests, and maintaining accurate site records. The role ensures timely, high‑quality service delivery through effective communication with clients, on‑site teams, and internal stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned client sites, managing remote site service requests and operational coordination.
  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and third-party service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Respond to service requests via phone and email, create and manage work orders, and assign tasks to technicians and vendors.
  • Liaise closely with clients, on-site facilities teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate site records and develop a working knowledge of assigned sites’ operational profiles and requirements.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in facilities management and/or remote site operations,; call center or BPO experience considered an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong internet literacy and advanced IT skills to support remote communication and coordination.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
