Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities
As a Remote Experience Service Advisor you will:
Be responsible as the customer's first point of contact on vehicles routine services
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on the age, mileage and history of the vehicle
Review vehicle inspection estimates, and recommend proper maintenance care to the customer
Verify that final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
This for remote customers
