Remarketing Coordinator

What will you be doing?

  • Initiate transportation assignments and follow up on all “Pick-up problems” that arise.

  • Coordinate and follow up on outsourced service for detailing, DE-identifying, reconditioning and maintenance of vehicles. 

  • Prepare quality vehicle condition reports and photos using the ARI tablet and system. 

  • Assist the Remarketing Operations Coordinator in establishing floor prices for vehicles.  

  • Coordinate bi-weekly online sales by uploading and launching the “ARI Dealer Direct” sale.

  • Coordinate “ARI Dealer Direct” results by verifying and approving the high bid process.   Coordinate the buyer notification and when appropriate assist in the client or client administration approval of high bids. 

  • Coordinate the collection of funds and the processing of checks and funds through the appropriate process. (ie check scanners/floor plan, etc…)

  • Work with the Remarketing Operations Coordinator to handle any “Arbitration” issues that may arise.  Act as a point of contact for dealer relations. (follow ARI Arbitration Process)

  • Coordinate the ARI Vehicle Storage Program. (Including clean up, C.R., photos etc…) Provide necessary billing information to the Vehicle Remarketing Administrator.

  • Coordinate the sales process (Transportation to payment) for any units that are assigned to outside SDO’s in you Market Area. 

  • Assist your Remarketing Operations Coordinator in providing FMV and BBV in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with the Remarketing Operations Coordinator to ensure that the Remarketing Centre premise is clean, safe and secured.

  • Coordinate redeployment/re-assignments final steps for the region.

  • Assist with the process of transferring the vehicles into the dealer’s name. (Central Region) and log license plates and return to License office. (Western Region send them to Head office to cancel.) 

  • Adhere to all ARI policies and procedures.

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,080.00 - $85,610.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
