About the role

MSS security is seeking Full Time security officers relievers to work across our sites around across multiple sites in Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas.

This role offers variety and flexibility, with responsibilities including static guarding, foot patrols, and control room/concierge duties.

While previous security experience is preferred, if you have a strong customer service background and a can do attitude, we will provide full training to help you succeed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform regular foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Deliver customer service duties, including concierge support and greeting guests and clients.
• Monitor CCTV footage and respond to alarms, unauthorised access, and potential security breaches.
• Manage building access by checking IDs, creating access passes, and authorising entry.

Skills & Experience

• Full Australian Working Rights
• QLD Security License
• Certificate II in security operations (Or higher)
• Driver’s Licence
• Valid First Aid and CPR (Or Willing to obtain)
• Blue card (or Willing to obtain)
• 24*7 availability including weekends
