Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Reliability Test Engineer with a strong technical background to manage and coordinate test equipment used across multiple functions. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure smooth operation of reliability testing while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage and coordinate test equipment shared by different functions.
•    Plan and execute reliability tests such as HALT, ALT, and repairable system tests.
•    Drive risk analysis (FMEA and related methods) during product development.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones.
•    Support failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Expertise
•    Strong foundation in Mechanical Design Engineering and System Engineering.
•    Knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical components, manufacturing methods, and failure mechanisms.
•    Experience with data acquisition systems (DAQ) and sensors (temperature, pressure, flow, vibration, etc.).
•    Familiarity with destructive and non-destructive testing methods.
•    Understanding of physics of failure and reliability principles

•    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects independently.
•    Comfortable working with different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
•    Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic and international).

Education & Experience
•    B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

•    Ideally 3-5 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer in vacuum equipment
