Reliability Program Leader (Strategy & Integration)

Waukesha Full time

Job Description Summary

Reliability Program Leader
We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Reliability Program Leader to guide the enterprise reliability strategy across software, hardware, and integrated systems. This role ensures reliability is understood and implemented as a long‑term, customer‑focused capability—embedded throughout the product lifecycle and supported across teams.

In this position, you’ll bring together diverse stakeholders, translate customer insights and field data into action, and build the structure and alignment needed for consistent, system‑level reliability. You’ll influence across functions, help teams make informed decisions, and support the organization in delivering reliable, high‑quality products that improve customer experience and business outcomes.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those who may not meet every preferred qualification. Your unique experience and perspective are valuable.

  • Frame tradeoffs and risks based on customer outcomes, safety, uptime, and business value.
  • Ensure decisions stay anchored in real customer experience.

CrossFunctional Leadership & Communication

  • Partner closely with engineering, quality, systems, manufacturing, service, and program leadership.
  • Influence without direct authority by aligning teams around shared reliability goals.
  • Communicate strategy, risks, and progress clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
