This role focuses on applying data analysis to support Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) requirements on government programs. The position emphasizes interpreting failure data, identifying trends, and enabling data-driven maintenance and logistics decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Apply analytical methods such as Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
  • Support lifecycle support planning through data modeling and insights.
  • Develop and maintain datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance development teams to translate data insights into actionable plans.
  • Recommend and support Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies using data analysis.
  • Prepare and present analytical reports and visualizations for leadership and customers.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new data tools, technologies, and methodologies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working with data analysis, modeling, or statistical methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in reliability and maintainability analysis.
  • Background in predictive analytics or machine learning.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience in data management technology (SQL) or data engineering.
  • Familiarity with vehicle systems or heavy equipment data.
  • Experience with tools such as Windchill Risk and Reliability or similar reliability software.
  • Programming experience for automation and data processing (Python, VBA, etc.).

Pay Range:

$64,500.00 - $103,500.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
