The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader with experience in project and program management to drive digital initiatives in the Manufacturing Science domain. This role blends tactical project execution with strategic oversight of interconnected programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance (GxP, SOX).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of digital solutions in GxP and SOX-compliant systems.
  • Facilitate the execution of the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment and delivery of digital solutions in GxP and SOX-compliant environments.
  • Coordinate multiple Agile teams and stakeholders within the program.
  • Support the definition and execution of Program Increment (PI) objectives aligned with business priorities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, product, architecture, and engineering teams.
  • Organize and facilitate key ART ceremonies such as PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
  • Identify and help resolve cross-team risks, dependencies, and impediments.
  • Ensure transparent communication and reporting on program progress, milestones, and risks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on delivery progress and key risks.
  • Support alignment between technical teams, product management, and external partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in technology project and program management.
  • Proven experience implementing complex digital solutions.
  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, SAFe SM, SAFe ASM.
  • Deep understanding of digital systems, implementation methodologies, and change management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
  • Experience in financial management of programs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in Life Sciences or Social Sciences.
  • Experience in agile environments and Scrum.
  • Experience with Produce ownership and product management

Nice to have:

Technical background with knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and concepts would be appreciated.
