Agile Program Delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and lead Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies (PI Planning, Sync Meetings, Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops) to ensure consistent alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Risk, and Compliance teams to balance business priorities with technology and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies with a structured, proactive approach.
- Empower teams to operate autonomously while maintaining flow, transparency, and delivery predictability.
Release & Implementation Readiness
- Own the end-to-end release and deployment readiness process - ensuring teams are fully prepared.
- Oversee release planning, validation, and documentation to ensure that software deliveries meet internal quality and external compliance standards.
- Coordinate go-live preparation and post-release reviews to continuously strengthen delivery confidence.
- Maintain release calendars, milestones, and communications to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Continuous Improvement & Business Support
- Champion continuous improvement across the organization by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing data-driven enhancements to delivery practices.
- Facilitate retrospectives and improvement workshops in collaboration with both technical and business partners.
- Support business readiness and transformation initiatives tied to the evolution of our offering and scaling of delivery processes.
- Act as a change leader—engaging and educating teams to adopt best practices and embrace sustainable ways of working.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10 + years of proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Manager, or Delivery Lead within a financial services or fintech environment.
- Experience supporting SaaS product delivery, release management, and implementation coordination.
- Strong understanding of scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and practical experience facilitating cross-functional programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies and bring structure to dynamic, regulated environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technology, business, and compliance functions.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to planning, risk management, and reporting.
- Agile/SAFe certifications such as SAFe RTE, SPC, or Scrum Master preferred.
- Familiarity with financial industry regulations, risk management principles, and data security practices is an advantage.
