As a Relationship Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Customer Relationship team, helping to build strong, long-term partnerships and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an opportunity to work closely with customers, sales professionals, and internal stakeholders while developing valuable commercial and fleet management expertise.

The Role:

  • Be a key point of support for customers and Relationship Managers, responding promptly and professionally to day-to-day requests.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive vehicle quotes, sourcing the best solutions to maximise value for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication, clear expectations, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Manage essential administrative processes in line with business policies, including vehicle registrations and credit requirements.
  • Take ownership of lease expiry and replacement processes, ensuring contracts are accurately linked and updated.
  • Run order and delivery reports, proactively following up to keep transactions moving smoothly.
  • Engage with customers to understand their fleet needs, anticipate future requirements, and support sales growth through valuable insights.

You will bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an office customer service role.
  • Computer savvy – confident in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience using Outlook and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy.
  • Confidence handling data-heavy administrative tasks involving numbers and detailed information.
  • Experience with using a database and creating notes.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
