Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive professional to support Relationship Managers and the Sales Head in the onboarding and ongoing management of government and public‑sector accounts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth client onboarding, accurate documentation, and effective coordination of operational and payment‑related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers and the Sales Head in the onboarding of new government and public‑sector accounts, including account opening processes and updates to client authorized signatories.
- Compile, review, track, and maintain onboarding and account maintenance documentation, and follow up closely with clients on outstanding requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sponsorship memos, and provide operational support for sponsorship‑related events and initiatives.
- Support daily and monthly operational reporting to government entities, including monitoring and resolving issues related to cheque processing charges, RMA billing charges, and pension payment matters.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day operational and payment‑related matters with branches, payment centres, and relevant internal stakeholders, including:
- Incorrect corporate ID entries
- Warrant encashment issues
- Early withdrawals
- Debiting or posting errors
- Other operational discrepancies
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, client onboarding, account servicing, or relationship support (experience with government or public‑sector accounts is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of banking operations, account maintenance processes, and documentation requirements.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Good written and verbal
