What You’ll Be Doing

As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with established commercial clients across Ballarat and the broader region—helping them grow, adapt, and thrive.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Building and nurturing long‑term client relationships through proactive, high‑touch service
  • Identifying new business opportunities through your professional networks and referral partners
  • Understanding complex client needs and collaborating with product and specialist teams
  • Leading deal strategy, structuring, negotiation, and sound risk management

 

About the Team

You’ll join our Commercial Banking team in Ballarat, part of the broader Regional & Agribusiness Banking (RAB) division. Together, we’re deeply committed to strengthening the financial wellbeing of regional communities across Australia.

You’ll work alongside Relationship Executives, Account Managers, and Analysts, delivering comprehensive solutions across cash flow, capital, wealth, risk, and investment needs.
