The Difference You Make:
The Relationship Analyst manages client requests and operational processes independently, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role requires solid technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to resolve most client issues without escalation. The Relationship Analyst reports to the Senior Relationship Analyst Coordinator.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
  • Handle and resolve most complaints independently, escalating high-risk or sensitive cases when necessary.
  • Provide full support during in-person client interactions, ensuring exceptional client experience.
  • Deliver services aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive onboarding packages and maintain all documentation in 360/E-banking systems.
  • Manage client instructions, correspondence, and updates with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Responsible for account openings, modifications, and closures end-to-end, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Process and track wire transfers; approve internal and same-client transfers within authorized limits.
  • Coordinate loan documentation, prepare credit proposals, and resolve overdrafts in collaboration with Credit Risk.
  • Maintain client investment profiles, prepare proposals, and execute FX and purchase orders with precision.
  • Execute FX transactions and purchase orders following established verification protocols.
  • Confirm transactions with clients, bankers, and the trading desk to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Responsible for completion of operations workflows, including portfolio maintenance, fees, concessions, and securities transfers.
  • Review transaction and overdraft reports, monitor credit and loan activities, and manage dormant accounts, fees, and regulatory compliance tasks such as FATCA, RFIs, and RFDs.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and escalate where appropriate.
  • Promote adoption of digital banking tools and assist clients in using online and mobile solutions.
  • Suggest improvements to digital processes and participate in testing new tools when applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: - Required.
  • 3+ Years Experience in customer service, preferably in private banking or related industry - Required.
  • 3+ Years Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) - Required.
  • 3+ Years Experience in T-24 software - Preferred.
  • 3+ Years Experience using DocuSign and Appian system - Preferred.
  • 3+ Years Demonstrated experience in servicing high-net worth clients, specifically for LATAM. - Preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proactive, with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and exceptional problem solving and follow-through skills.
  • Must be able to work independently, prioritize projects, and follow through on deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal).
  • Bilingual: English, and Spanish. Portuguse is required only if servicing clients from Brazil.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$54,375.00 USD

Maximum:

$92,500.00 USD
