Must be available to work between hours of 8-5:30 Monday-Friday. Potential for at least 1 weekend Saturday a month hours 8:30-2:30.

Enrolled in High school education or equivalent

CPR Certification AHA BLS within 30 days of hire
Pushing, pulling, lifting and transferring patients. Ability to perform heavy lifting (lifting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds constantly).
Services may be required on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ambulating with patients over a variety of surfaces with and without assistive devices.
Physical and emotional stamina
This requirement supersedes any previous lifting requirement effective 08/01/2014. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with the lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other associate, when available. Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case~by~case basis.
Purpose:
Provide support for Advocate Condell's Rehabiltation Department by managing information to facilitate coordination and efficient delivery of patient care. Perform a variety of clinical and clerical functions, which support the rehab staff, nursing staff and help provide patient~focused cost effective care under the supervision of a licensed rehabilitation professional.
