Job Summary
Exhibits high level proficiency in technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills to provide strategic direction for jurisdictional regulator matters. Lead and provide direction to a team of Regulatory professionals. Possesses expert level regulatory knowledge and communication skills and performs varied work assignments demonstrating an in-depth proficiency in the application of theory and analytical techniques to solutions of diverse problems. Educates others on regulatory matters related to filings, testimony, discovery response development, cost drivers, and revenue. Leads the technical staff in the preparation and support of analytical studies. May serve as a policy or technical expert for the company in regulated matters, including strategy development, negotiations, and testifying. Familiar with state or federal regulation standards, codes, concepts, systems, and business processes relevant to work assignments. Works independently to accomplish work plans initiated by various governmental agencies for rate cases, recovery clauses, audits, compliance filings, policy matters, pricing, and cost initiatives, and/or general questions. Stays aware of industry trends and changes in the area to test and validate corporate process. Actively engaged in a network or relationships with commission and industry stakeholders, interacting on a normal basis.Job Description

$136,539.00 - $177,503.00The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
