Join a fast-moving team where you'll help manage regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you'll support regulatory engagement efforts, prepare and track reporting submissions, and help ensure compliance with evolving gaming regulations. As a Regulatory Gaming Compliance Specialist, you'll collaborate cross-functionally, maintain critical documentation, and contribute to accurate and timely regulatory reporting. 

What you’ll do

  • Support regulatory engagement activities by preparing responses to regulator inquiries, requests, examinations, and audits.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of recurring and ad hoc regulatory reporting across jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Review and interpret regulatory requirements, translating them into clear guidance for internal stakeholders with oversight from senior team members.

  • Maintain and update documentation of regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and key timelines across jurisdictions.

  • Track and communicate reporting deadlines, submission statuses, and regulatory updates using internal tools and systems.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations to support alignment of systems, workflows, and reporting with regulatory requirements.

  • Support new market and product launches by contributing to regulatory readiness efforts and tracking applicable requirements.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and escalate relevant changes to support updates to compliance policies, processes, and product features.

What you’ll bring   

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.

  • At least 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related function within a highly regulated industry.

  • Experience supporting the interpretation of regulatory requirements and translating them into operational processes.

  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory bodies is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support regulator-facing interactions.

  • Experience in gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or a similarly regulated industry is preferred.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Suite, and collaboration platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 81,600.00 USD - 102,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
