About our Team 

The Content Enablement & Transformation function sits at the intersection of content, data, product, and technology to support the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions with legal and regulatory information. We focus on evolving how regulatory content is structured, enriched, and delivered - ensuring it is highquality, discoverable, and ready to power nextgeneration AIenabled products. We provide annotation, evaluation, and feedback that is critical to the development of these solutions, and maintain taxonomy and meta tag frameworks to structure the underlying regulatory content. 

About the Role 

As a regulatory compliance Information Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for the compliance market. You will use your expertise in the legal and regulatory domain to: 

  • test and drive insights and recommendations to the business, that are critical to creating the best features and products for our customers 

  • evaluate, enrich, and validate regulatory compliance content across jurisdictions 

  • ensure content is discoverable, consistent, and fit for purpose for both customers and AI systems. 

Reporting to the Manager, Content Enablement & Transformation, this is a fulltime role working within a growing global team focused on modernising regulatory content at scale. This role is based in Australia, with flexible working arrangements available. 

Responsibilities 

 Collaborate with other Content functions, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to plan AI review projects, including drafting initial prompt sets and ensuring sufficient time for review phases. 

• Conduct detailed reviews of AI tool outputs, rate responses, and provide detailed feedback to the data science team for incremental improvements. 

• Execute best practices in creating and maintaining training data and relevance evaluations. 

• Communicate actionable feedback and provide customer-focused insights. 

 Support content migration, enablement and transformation initiatives by mapping legacy content to modern regulatory taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata frameworks  

 Identify enrichment patterns and quality issues, contributing insights to improve taxonomy design, governance, and content strategy 

Requirements 

• Have completed a law degree 

• Be competent in advanced legal research and writing 

 Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience working with regulatory, legal, or compliance content  

 Handson experience with taxonomy, metadata, content enrichment, or knowledge representation of legal and regulatory information 

 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate structured and unstructured content  

 Experience working with complex content across jurisdictions or subject areas  

 A customercentric mindset, with an understanding of how structured content supports practical compliance outcomes  

 Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and nontechnical teams  

 A natural problemsolver, comfortable working in evolving, transformationfocused environments
