Regulatory Analyst (VIE)

Join Euronext Group as a Regulatory Analyst V.I.E, based in Porto, with a start date of 1st January 2026 and contribute to the strategic development of Europe’s leading market infrastructure. As part of the Group Regulation team, you will support regulatory analysis, market monitoring, and strategic alignment across Euronext’s diverse entities, with a particular focus on post-trade infrastructures.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior executives, including the Head of Group Regulation and the CEO, gaining exposure to high-impact projects and regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth regulatory research to identify market opportunities, risks, and evolving customer needs.
  • Monitoring regulatory, supervisory, and market developments relevant to Euronext’s entities, with a focus on post-trade services.
  • Collaborating with legal and regulatory teams across Europe to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Participating in regular meetings with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to support regulatory strategy.
  • Contributing to updates on regulatory processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Preparing high-quality reports, spreadsheets, and presentations that clearly communicate findings, conclusions, and recommended actions.
  • Supporting the Head of Group Regulation in preparing materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
  • First successful internship or work experience in financial services or institutions.
  • Strong interest in financial regulation and market infrastructure.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
