A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
What would you bring to the table?
1+ years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Mobility to move throughout the host stand, restaurant, and bar areas
Ability to stand for extended periods
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
What would my job responsibilities be?
Warmly welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring tables are prepared to their preferences
Maintain a polished host stand, answer calls professionally, manage seating charts, and support smooth restaurant flow
Show care and awareness throughout the dining experience, staying attentive to guest needs
Resolve guest issues with professionalism, assist with special requests, and provide accurate information about hotel services and events
Use reservation systems accurately to support proper setup and guest seating
Support the team by helping clear tables and run food as needed
