Royal Oak Animal Hospital has an opportunity for a full-time Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) to join our team!

We are looking for a dedicated person with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience. We have a strong team mentality, love to have fun at work and strive to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

• Registered Veterinary Technician or eligible to register

• Technical skills or knowledge of physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, venipuncture and pharmacy

• Excellent customer service, organizational and problem solving skills

• A positive and compassionate attitude

• Ability to remain calm and to work under pressure

• Attention to detail and initiative to lead projects within the clinic

• Ability to keep detailed and accurate patient records

• Motivation to develop your knowledge and skills and be an “A” team player
