An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join as an Exotics RVN
We have an exceptional team at Willows with a range of specialisms and disciplines . With this position you will work solely with our Exotics specialist, making this a very niche and exciting new role.
There will be times you will still be expected to support in other areas of the hospital, however, predominantly you will be working with exotics cases.
What we're looking for
A registered veterinary nurse with at least 1 years post registration experience.
A passion for specialist nursing and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
A collaborative mindset, someone who is keen to progress but also willing to collaborate when needed .
A supportive figure, someone who feels confident in providing support where needed, for example students, residents, interns , visiting veterinary surgeons
A keen interest in exotic nursing
As you will be the only exotic nurse, experience with exotics is preferable however training will be provided.
Hours
This is a full-time position working an average of 38hr/week, shifts to be confirmed. You will also be expected to work a share of weekends (1:6) 7am-4.45pm , 9.30am -7pm or 11.30am-9pm with 2 days off post weekend.
