About the Role
You will provide clinical leadership and resident oversight to our health care team. You will be instrumental in completing assessments, care plans, nursing procedures and support with medication management with this complex resident cohort.
• You will be available to work flexible hours to support a 24 hour roster.
• You will provide support and education to the health care team.
You will complete clinical audits to ensure resident care remains at a high standard.
Classifications for this position will be a YS9.
Your Contribution
• You will have recent experience within the aged care sector
• An awareness of the new Aged Care Standards
• Experience with mental health an advantage but not essential
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain

About Prague House
Prague House is a 45-bed residential aged care facility that cares for people with a background of homelessness or have been at serious risk of homelessness, often accompanied by mental health issues and/or substance misuse. Most residents are both socially and financially disadvantaged.
