As a Registered Nurse you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Kangaroo Point. The purpose of this position is to ensure the provision of quality patient/resident/client care through clinical nursing practice, promoting collaborative relationships amongst the health care team and maintaining a customer-focused approach to nursing across the continuum of care.

Things that work for us:

  • Available for PART TIME PERMANENT (MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS IN WEEKDAYS)

  • High experience in working with Dementia clients would be an advantage

  • Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential

  • Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

  • NDIS Clearance
