About the role
Join a dynamic team at Xavier 7 North, a busy 26-bed acute Medical/Surgical ward specialising in neuroscience, stroke, vascular, and surgical care
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and holistic patient care while contributing to a collaborative and patient-focused environment
Provide nursing care to individuals, families, and communities across diverse ages and cultural backgrounds
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in partnership with patients and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes
Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and sound clinical judgment, including coordinating care, making referrals, and appropriately delegating tasks based on team skills and care context
About you
Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency
Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment
Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in your daily practice as a registered nurse
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
